Acoustic Guitar Set-up Demonstration

Watch seasoned guitar-tech Paul Graumann set up an acoustic guitar. Paul has worked at Guild Guitars, Gurian Guitars, Steven's Stringed Instruments and Al's Guitarville in Seattle. The Demo will be held at Shop People in SE Portland. 416 SE Oak St. Limited to 8. Cost is $25. 6:00 pm.



Paul will:

Adjust string height
Regulate nut
Locate high frets
Adjust intonation
Adjust truss rod
Learn what the truss rod will and won't do
String up a guitar for non-slippage
Pre-stretch strings for easier tuning
File and dress frets if necessary

This is a demonstration. Please don't bring your guitar for a personal guitar set-up.
